    I'm in! To be honest, I may not even set number goals. I have a history with eating disorders and therefore I try to stay away from the scale. I might instead take pictures each week of my physique and use those. I won't post them here. Unless people want me to? I guess it would make me more accountable but that might be weird. I wouldn't care honestly but I don't want people to feel uncomfortable by seeing an exposed midriff (gasp!), but then I will at least have pictures to compare for myself and I'll just update with whatever changes I see.
    My goal by the end of August is to have visible 6 pack abs, without flexing. I can see the outline currently if I flex, but there is no individual separation yet.

    I'm in too! Loved the last challenge. Lost 20lb since new year by having a group to help my accountability. I'm starting to struggle a bit more now im at a healthy bmi but hoping to lose another 16lbish in this change!

    I started the winter weight loss challenge, but then I fell off the wagon and decided to set it on fire and run away cackling in glee instead of get back on it. However, the wagon is now nothing but cold embers, and I have purchased a new wagon and I climbed back on it this morning. Hopefully this time, I can avoid the stupid potholes in the road. If not, I do hope I am smart enough to haul my butt out of the dust, brush it off, and leap back on.

    So I am here again, ready to start the summer weight loss challenge. I am excited and nervous because I want this time to be THE time, if you know what I mean.
