    How did you lose all your weight? I am trying to lose 10-20kgs so far I’ve lost a lot. I am scared of gaining weight. I don’t want to undo all my hard effort. Any tips? You look really good. Nice body. I’m hoping to get a nice body

    Thankyou, and not that I can think of.. maybe just feeling more adventurous but nothing external has changed really.
