Giving up reflux medication

    I had to go on them due to a hiatal hernia not acid reflux. I had also gained almost 100 lbs over about 4 years. I was literally throwing up every night After losing my first 50 lbs, no more need thankfully. Good luck!

    Thanks everyone for all the feedback I have cut from 3 to 2 zantac a day since giving up the nexazole hoping I will be down to one a day next week and some day soon I hope to be off zantac
    I do find spearmint chewi g gum helps alot when I do start to get some reflux
    I really don't know If it is 2 much or 2 little acid is the problem but things do seem to be getting better
