    Success: After weeks of no real movement on the scale, I dropped 2 lbs this week!

    Challenge: The gym I use is holding basketball tournaments inside and block the synergy 360 room where I typically workout. This leaves me with the weight room and machines. I hate the machines so much. I need to get over that though because it causes me to leave the gym much earlier than I normally would or give in to my excuses.

    We have a step challenge at work for the month of May. So there will be a push to get as many steps in as I can. Aiming for 15k average at minimum.

    Hit the gym hard last week so picked up the pace on weight loss! Saw Dr last Friday and very happy with progress on BP and LDL-C! (dropped 30 pts in 2 weeks with combination of exercise and diet changes, so down 60 points since February!)

    New and just started over again 2/11/19 at 225.8 and need to lose over 100lbs and prefer the challenges to keep me more motivated. I have started over for the 2nd time this year already. I started in January had some issues, and finally started again in February. So up for this challenge!
