    Hi ~
Question, to be in the step challenge in May, do I just start posting my steps for each day starting 5/1?

I’m not sure what Challenge will happen in May just yet so stay tuned for more info.

Hey Team - the moderators have asked us to do a few updates regarding team captains and moderators. One of our amazing moderators - @UTMom81 - is going to be doing a lot of traveling this summer so is looking to pass her Motivator torch to another team member. If you are interested in taking on a formal role in the team please have a look at the responsibilities below and message me if you are interested. I just want to thank @UTMom81 for everything she has added to the team up to and including the most recent Appalachian Trail challenge. That was pure awesome.

In the meantime you are stuck with @broncobuddee and @tess5036 and myself! We look forward to continuing on in our roles. Please don’t hesitate to contact any of us with ideas, suggestions for improvements so we can continue to make this challenge a success. Thanks everyone!

    Motivator’s Responsibilities include:
    * Be active in team discussions, encouraging and supporting the challengers as they post.
    * Encourage challengers to participate in challenges and in group discussions.
    * Participate in team discussions encouraging team participation.
    * Help remind challengers when they are due to post (and especially when overdue to post) weights.
    * Encourage participation in the moderators challenge and in the weekly team challenges.
    * Coordinate with your awesome team captains to see if they can use any assistance or if they have any specific tasks they feel you can assist with.

One more announcement from the Moderators. They have offered the option for a team name change. If anyone wants to suggest a new name feel free to post it on the thread. If we get more than one suggestion we will take a vote.

    Thanks!

    Hello,

Still logging away, but I have not bought scales yet as I've seen how much I need to pay out this month and it's scary. I will try and borrow some.

1st May - calories way under, water on track, exercise 11306 steps.
2nd May - calories way over (there was cider involved), water fine, exercise 10958 steps.

What are YOU doing today? Let’s hear from you? Want to reply in pics/clip art? Or words! Either one works. Let’s have a little fun!

    Steps for yesterday - 8557

My back was killing me so I didn't get my evening hike in. I went first thing this morning though lol. I wanted to get it in before I head to work tonight and spend my weekend sleeping all day.

Now I'm waiting to hear if my friend is up for Thai food for lunch.
