    He never saw her coming
    With her cherry red lips
    Emerald eyes and porcelain skin
He only felt her take him
    Through a fairground of emotions
    And held his hand tightly
On a merry go round of sin

    Mr. Dinosaur
    I want so much more
You used to fill me with glee
    With your vague poetry
    But since you are back
I cant help notice the lack
    Of your lines written here
    Im starting to fear
    You forgot how to rhyme
    Its been so much time

11 boys we were in total,
We all decided to meet up local,
To drink and joke and throw some axes,
And hopefully none would gain *those* rashes,
Our buddy boy is getting married,
And so his bar tab we all helped carry,
in the sun and sand we volleyed and bumped,
Our rippling muscles heaved and pumped,
And yet I lay here in pain today,
A hangover has led my life astray.

Yeah, that groom better not have rashes
Otherwise next you will be spreading his ashes
Sounds like lots of fun was had
Sorry it left you feeling so bad
Maybe next time remember a pill
I hear nothing beats gatorade and Advil

    Feel better!

    An ode to my son.....

Why must you whine to me?
I don't give a flying *kitten*, you see.
    Go find someone else's ear
    Maybe they'll shed a tear
For your life is so rough
    Go away-I've had enough!!!

Stegosaurus was as big as an elephant
But his brain was the size of a peppermint
Triceratops has horns on his head
In case he ever needs them to defend
Brachiosaurus has a really long tail
And at the end is an itty bitty end
Terodactyl went soaring through the sky
His wings were enormous for his size
And if he stood up tall on the ground he would be
    As tall as a giraffee

    Dinosaurs, rawwrr!

When is Someone Going to Clean the Damn Office Fridge? A haiku.

    Glaucous mold limned fare
    Surpasses science and sense
    Uneaten echoes

    An ode to Swiss

    I enjoy you, cheese.
    But only on a sandwich.
    Your stink is not bad.

    If I seem to be
    What you treating me as
    Am I that bad?
    Or are you the *kitten*?

Hands through hair and neck kisses I do sense
All done in the present tense
    From here to there
Let my whispers find your ear
In satin covers in the early morn
    My love…most intriguing ever born

    As the drug fades
    and lucidity returns
    I feel

    The desire to burn
    rekindles itself
    as her voice whispers
    the soothing words
    of my destruction

    Words that flame
    from within

    Their life's span
    fueled by passion

    So powerful,
    yet so brief

    My exultation stems
    from the beauty
    of their ashes

    But I'm reminded
of the fleeting joy to be had
    as the reflective edge
    opens the vein

    That rush of power
    as feelings spill
    delivered
    by words

    If only briefly
    light a match

    Hold it to my thoughts

    Incendiary introspection

    Subversive reflection

    The best parts of me
    are my own undoing

    So here I am

    Magnificently broken

    Scattered fragments of potential

    Among the refuse
    of a convoluted mind

    A seer
    prophesying
    his own demise
