I want to join. I have come within 5 pounds of my goal weight and then gain 6 to 8 pounds. It takes me a couple months to get back to where I was only to creep back up. I also have gained lost 60 to 70 pounds 3 times since my teen years so I really must stay strict. I want this year to be the year I reach my goal weight which is now 13 pounds away. I will log my weight and average weight every month and hope it is following a downward trend.
My name is Melissa and I am 37 years old with 2 young girls, a full time job and also part time courses in the evenings so life is 😜

I won't re do my quote again but my average weight for feb was 158.2 and my weight this morning is 156.6. Really enjoy tracking averages. I really see the trend now and I am less sad when I see the number go up. Great idea!! 6.6 pounds to goal😀

I was successful back in the fall of 2016 and spring 2017; then put most of my weight back on. I told myself that 2019 was it! I'm going to figure out how to live the right lifestyle FOR ME! To be able to lose it and keep it off. Jan. I maintained, Feb. I lost 2#, March I started to gain again. That's when I said I need to get back on MFP and log and get back to being accountable!

Here it is. My weigh-in days are on Sundays. I expect a loss tomorrow, a nice one based on this mornings weight.
    • Mar. 24, 2019 =265.4

    Jan 01, 2019: 260

Will post weekly still, but not my weight. Instead, I'm going to focus on what I did differently, better, or learned about myself and the challenges of the week. LIFE!

Increased exercise this week! Still had a binge night, journalling and trying to figure out triggers and strategies. I am in several challenges that are keeping my focus long-term; not just this week or this month! :)

*Changed up my weight dates to reflect the end of the month for more accuracy of what took place for the month from Sunday to Sunday.

    Thanks for the encouragement.
