I'm on 1200 cals a day but burned 350 in the gym so can I eat additional 350 cals and still loose weight as my diary says I have 350 left to use

yes 1200 is the minimum a short, sedentary woman should eat to get enough nutrition daily. if you burn 350 that means your body only gets 850 calories that day. Depending what you are using to estimate the exercise calories you may want to eat a portion (say 75%) in case it's over inflated.
