I didn’t have that much weight to lose for summer but the last 10-15lbs has been hard for me
I’m down 3lbs since joining this thread! yay!
5lbs more to go and I’ll be happy for summer

Note: Three weeks into a month of keto, and as predicted, it's really reduced my appetite. Still doing IF, but even easier now.

Thankfully finally entering a summer a size 6. 🤗Been between size 22 and/or size 18 for about 8 years😮. Donated all oversize summer AND winter clothes 😉2
