My current streak is my longest at 675.

However, I just hit seven years using the site on May 19th. Comparing scale weight, I'm practically the same weight now than I was then (178, perfectly healthy range for 6'1" male) but gone down as low as 159 right before getting married and as heavy as 185 shortly after getting into weightlifting. Over that seven year span I've traded approximately 18lbs of fat for 18lbs of muscle going from ~23% body fat to 12%.
