Hi,
I was wondering is it possible to create a recipe by selecting already added foods? Without rendering food details and servings? Thank in advance. Kev

That's really the only way to create a recipe on MFP, by using foods that are already in the database. Not sure what you mean by "without rendering food details and servings." You're going to have to fill in how much of each ingredient you use when you create a recipe. Or you can try importing a recipe from another place on the Internet. I've had varying success with that. Sometimes you end up with a lot of bad matches.2

You can save a "named section" of your food log as a "meal".
You can use the "old recipe" calculator to import that named meal as your first ingredient for the new recipe.
This last step I've only done using the web site: https://www.myfitnesspal.com/recipe/calculator
You can always set the recipe to ONE (1) portion or any other number, and then EDIT the number after you've saved the recipe to better reflect your final results.0
