30 day shred

I am starting the 30 day shred today. For the peope who are currently doing the shred, is the shred the only workout you do or are you doing the shred and some other type workout like the elliptical or treadmill?

    I do the Shred workout then I do a 20 minutes treadmill running workout. Total burn is usually around 375 calories. The burn from 30DS is just to little...I like to burn at least 300 cals.

    Yea im doing spin classes every other day and have also started the c25k so Im doing that and the cross trainer in between.

    I do the Shred everyday, I also do alot of working to and from the gym and also to and from work. I do cardio classes at the gym 4 times a week and also swimming.

    I started by just doing the shred alone, then got to the point where I did 2 levels back to back

    i try and shred in the morning wheni get up and then do some wlaking throughout the day and then another dvd (50 mins) in the evening

    The shred the first time round for me was done alone, now im doing it for the second time, but im doing 2 levels back to back, first 2 weeks was level 1 and 2 and now its 2 and 3 i also walk 5 miles a day

    Thanks for the help. I have decided to do the shred and another type exercise because I am use to going to the gym and burning around 400 calories 4 days a week
