Protein Packed Parfait
INGREDIENTS:
Greek Yogurt (plain)
Stevia or honey (to taste)
Berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries–your choice)
DIRECTIONS:
Mix the greek yogurt with the stevia or honey to sweeten it just a bit.
You won’t need a lot so taste, as you go til you, get it just right.
Layer the berries with the yogurt and YOU ARE READY!
