Goals reached, what next?

So I reached my quant goals in terms of weight and % body fat I wanted. However I do not feel 'shredded' or really fit despite doing strength training. Should I look more into my nutrition? Change training? What's your advice?

What is your height, weight, and BF% (and how did you measure BF)? Can you be more specific of how you don't feel fit?0

What are your stats? If you got to goal bodyfat and weight and aren't happy with your body composition, usually means you need to build more of a muscle base. Bulking to gain or recomping (depending on your stats) might be an option. Again more information about you will be helpful!4

Thanks guys that's alrady gave me some indication.
Height: 156cm
Weight: 49.2kg
BF: 15.7%
Well fit as in I'd like to have more defined muscles, I actually prefer to look fit/muscled than skinny. Can't go into deficit forever...0 -
You are already quite lean, I'd bet bulking is your best bet. I have no experience on that side of things so I'll let others go into more detail.0
