Funny or Interesting Things

Just because you resell product, doesn't mean you are exempt from taxes when purchasing from a vendor. Almost all states require a resale certificate to be completed and given to their vendor; only at such time does the tax burden become removed from the vendor to collect sales tax from the purchaser (in most situations)
