    It's the temperature regulation effect, both feet in means you feel hot, outside too cold! Also half my face covered but not my mouth so I can breathe 😁

    Always naked unless there is a reason to wear something.

    Main reasons are if it is cold where I am sleeping or if I am sleeping in a room with others in it.

    I sleep in clothes, I live in Canada in a basement 99% of the year sleeping naked would give me frostbite :P

    I wear a Belle Beat that tracks how well I sleep so now i sleep with a shirt on. In the winter though it's full on flannel or fleece under a pile of covers.
