Thank ya ma dears! I agree! The lifting will be slower progress but I would argue it's more satisfying progress LOL - these last 10 pounds have apparently been the most VISIBLE change because that's when people started commenting - one of my coworkers sat down with me this morning and I did her numbers for her and help her put together an IF plan! She's working her way up to OMAD - her starting numbers are very similar to mine so she's VERY excited :)

Oh BTW Donna, you should really get this brand of instant noodles I love... Im spoiled so I can't stand the americanized version but my Walmart has a TINY Asian section and the kind I get is Shin Ramen brand...and they only carry the one I like......SPICY!!! make it w some bone broth for the nutrition and added flavor and 10 sec poached yolks and it's fatty goodness 😍

I'm glad we're all on the same page with ramen, because that is NOT an area where you go discount brands :D LOL

    Happy Weds Kids!

As we all know I hate Weds BUT since it's my last one on someone else's schedule I can't be bothered to be upset LMAO - had lots of good food yesterday and overestimated on all my logs just in case. Didn't get enough water in though AND my window was like 10 hours AND lots of it was salt heavy so my weight is up a bit but I'm not worried.

    151.2 again.

Back on schedule today and will make sure I get my gallon in and that'll be back into the 140s tomorrow no problem :) I really don't want to see much more than 0.5 lbs a week, so if I see less than 147.5ish I'll have to up my cals a little more but we'll see :)

    Cals - 1816
    Def - 422

Since I'm back on NOT a cattywampus schedule, I should be able to lift tonight so I might see a lack of any loss from THAT but it'll even out Friday for the official weekly weigh in :)

No food porn for ya today for obvious reasons, but I'll try to tonight if I eat anything good LOL.

    Hope everyone is AWESOME <3

    Hi Guyssssssssssssssssss Happy Thursday!

As expected, a little drop from being back on norm schedule - 149.4

Love that number because as long as I don't lose more than 2 pounds tonight I'll be in my happy place...I'm ok with half a pound a week but no more than that since I'm FERVENTLY trying to recomp some shape back into my a** etc LOL

I have a picture but I forgot to email it to myself last night and it won't come through til I leave for lunch so I'll post it this afternoon.

    I had:
Snack: 2 apples (1 green 1 red) with 4 tbsp peanut butter
Dinner - 5.25 oz bone broth pulled chicken salad with full fat mayo, celery and onion on Lettuce, a pint of Oatmeal Cookie Halo Top, a strawberry and a few sugar free jelly beans

    Cals - 1492
    Def - 568

Did like 10 squats with 30 pounds last night but was just EXHAUSTED from 2 days of broker-visiting chaos, so I gave up LOL - I ALSO still haven't finished cleaning out my office SO both of those are on the agenda for tonight - most the office but if I feel motivated to lift I will. Otherwise, we'll just pick up on an alt day lifting schedule this weekend :) That should be easy seeing as starting next week I'm HOME and on my OWN SCHEDULE B*TCH*S!!! LOL Can you tell I'm excited? The nerves are pretty much gone, and now I'm just READY :)

Hope everyone is having a fabulous week!

    Peace, love, and cupcakes!

Talking about ramen is making me want some.
If yall like spicy.... find an Asian market that sells this one
    Samyang Spicy Chicken Ramen

REALLY spicy, but a really good spice and great flavor. Also REALLY good with poached eggs.

DARN IT - I only have $4 left on there and the smallest order I can get is a pack of 5...well I shouldn't say that, I found a single but it's $4.49 and I can justify that LMAO. I'm not spending ANY unnecessary money until I start getting paid for my new job :) Which theoretically SHOULD be next week :)

    Happy Friday Kids!!!

LAST FULL DAY HEREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE - super excited!!!

Weight is pretty close to where I wanted it to be/expected - 148.6

About half a pound up from this time last week - this tells me I need to be a tiny bit lower on my weekday cals...1200 avg was too low, 1600 avg was too high, so I'mma split the difference next week and call it 1300. I know that's towards the lower end, but I won't be walking NEAR as much so I gave myself an extra 100 cal wiggle room. On the flip side, I'll be able to stick to an alt day lifting schedule SOOOOOOOOO we'll see! Also note, I won't be able to use the scale here, so my dodgy home scale that only measures in random increments will have to be my guide LOL - I'm not concerned about specific losses so no biggie - it'll get me close enough :)

    Yesterdayyyyyyyy

Snack - 2 string cheese, and carrots with crack ranch
Dinner - Shrimp caesar salad, with parm and like 7.5 oz shrimp - a LOT lol - dessert was fruit :)

    Cals - 1527
    Def - 509

No snack planned for today so I might just OMAD - in fact, I'll PROBABLY omad so I can maybe get a Culver's burger tonight to celebrate! (Even though I'm broke and shouldn't be spending money LOL).

    Hope everyone is FABULOUS!
