THIGH DIMPLES!

This may be a strange answer but for me it’s my little loose skin pouch on my lower tummy. I’ve hated it and even considered surgery in the past. Now I look at it as representative of what my body is capable of. I have that pouch because I made a human! And after that I conquered weight loss and fitness despite thyroid disease and multiple injuries along the way. That skin was earned as a direct result of some of the things I’m most proud of my body for.24

My arms! I still have fat arms and terrible bat-wings, but my arms are getting way stronger, and they DO look better. It's bothering me less and less when they aren't covered down to the elbow.8

Seriously, stop twinning me (Can I blame my clumsiness on small feet too?)2 -

This is MFP. You can blame any negative thing on some factor that's completely outside your control.
Oops, off topic.

And yet uncannily relevant...3 -

I was secretly hoping you had shrunk (re:consistency thread) so we could be the same height too.2 -
We hear so much about Body dysmorphic disorder these days, this thread is awesomely refreshing9

Good one! I've worn US size 11 since age 11, and it took me quite a long time to be OK with it.

My belly! Letting it get bigger is making me feel better! Lol4

I don't notice day to day or in the mirror, but I do like the shape of my thighs in pictures. It usually takes me by surprise! I like my shoulders 😁1

I once had someone compliment me on my nice legs, I do a lot of walking, later I found out he was missing a leg due to diabetes. Makes me seriously grateful for having two legs, bumps and all.24

I'm gonna pick three:
My thighs. Omg I have visible muscles now so I don't care one bit about cellulite anymore.
My triceps. Arms are still a bit fat, but muscles are cool!
My grey steak. Also cool and I don't really care if my grey shows my age.
Btw great post idea. Love it!10 -
I love my calves. My running group makes a habit of photographing the calves of the person running in front of us because our calves are .7

I love this thread!
I'm starting to really appreciate my shoulders. The muscles now pop when I lift, and I relish in giving the metaphorical middle finger to all the men who make disparaging comments about women who have muscles.10
