    Legs & Shoulders @ the gym. Doc said I can do overhead press, as long as I’m not picking anything up off the floor...so I machined it today. No stress on my injury!

    Surgery is done. My mom won’t take me home. Lol! Says I gotta stay here (at her house) at least tonight. Getting fed!! And I just say Milano cookies. She just went to fill my scrip and get my dog. She’s bringing my Switch back too. May or may not play tonight.

    Hmm beach body thread I like!
    I have lost 15lbs and was hoping for a lot more before my holiday. Got about 2 stone (28lbs) left to get off which I plan to do by Xmas!
    I go away on the 11th July can any of you help how can I flatten my stomach a bit more?
