I will be back for another round. It will be 1 year on mfp on 7/7 and I honestly thought I would have been at my ultimate goal weight by now. Unfortunately I am not and I still have about 7-8 pounds to go. I have lost 33 pounds though and am very happy with that. I have revised my goal weight a couple of times, but am firm at 138 (at least for right now,lol) I am doing 14 days with no alcohol to see if this is what is slowing my progress down. I am also recovering from a pretty bad infection and still on antibiotics from a stupid spider bite. So maybe I will have a really big whoosh this round! Maybe, fingers crossed!

07/02 …..193.6 ….. Starting off another pound down, so the loss is sticking so far. I woke up starving yesterday, but after black coffee I had no hunger all day. I am sure I am fat adapted at this point. Yesterday was my son’s 23rd birthday. The party will be in a few weeks more than likely, but my son, brother & I did a mini-celebration late yesterday evening. We had a BBQ with steak, baked potatoes with sour cream, corn & grilled garlic bread & sherbet icecream. I ate the steak and 1 small baked potato with sc. No corn or bread. No icecream. It was pretty easy to stick to my guns since the hunger is at bay. Yesterday’s stats: 1071 Calories In / 2515 Calories Out. 39 Net Carbs. 11,008 Total Steps & 4.66 Total Miles. 13/13 Fitbit Steps Hours. I did 44 minutes of vigorous cabin cleaning. I slept badly only getting 3 hours & 24 minutes of sleep. Good luck on round 82 Everyone! I appreciate you all.

@deepwoodslady Thank you for your kind words. My friend is like a brother to me and has been for thirty years. He has no bio-family left, I couldn't turn my back on him. Not letting myself get derailed is my focus. Most of the things going on are good, there is just a lot all at once and I can't be everywhere. So it will be another week before I see the BF, big deal. With our schedules, we're used to it but sometimes I just need him to look me in the eye and remind me everything will be ok.

Last full round before my almost 3 week cruise/land vacation, so I would like to just make sure that I stay focused this round so that I continue focused on healthy eating while I am on my vacation.

SW 178 lb.
Goal: Maintain between 135 and 140 lb. and increase muscle, endurance, and jogging distance (while not damaging my knees).
I started Round 54 and Keto WOE on September 24, 2018.
Cumulative weight loss for Rounds 54-70 = 44 lb.
I started and finished the last four rounds with a high weight of 135. I’ve grown accustomed to the keto WOE and, mostly, stick to that, but I add extra carbs when I’m under 135, which is almost daily.

I returned from my travel to NM several days ago (great time with old friends), and, after my return, I noted my daily weigh-ins on a scrap of paper—just didn’t have time to get online. Round 82( first round for me)

07/02 I weigh 356 lbs, I am a generally happy person that loves working out, actually enjoys healthy food, I battle depression and knee injury, but know that all things as possible to those who believe .. my story:

I jacked my knees and then I gave up.. this after losing over 100 lbs and running and completing 8 half marathons and 2 full marathons ... so this
GIVE ME 10 DAYs
seems like a prefect way to kick things off again..

GOALS FOR THE WEEK!

1st Step: Start and Continue to track my daily calories on MFP...

2nd Step: Drink a minimum of 64 oz of water a day, striving toward my ultimate goal of 178 oz a day

3rd Step: bring my A1C down to under 10 if possible ..

4th Step: Regulate Soft Drink consumption and cut back until reach ultimate goal of zero carbonated bev’s

5th Step: treat 3x’s a week, instead of 3x’s a day... moving towards one free day only

6th Step: exercise 30 mins 4 days a week..

7th Step: Feed my mind instead of only my body ... Read up on Diabetic Health (30 mins a day 5 days a week)

8th Step: Stretch for 15 mins a day

9th Step: Meditate 3x’s a week

10th Step : Have a free day once a week.

Love for today and tomorrow, not just today ...

JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS ~|~ Round 82 (round 14 for me ) I'm in for another round, still need to get back to end of round 76 weight ! Must stop messing about !!

Achieved goal weigh of 125lb in summer 2016 by losing 66lb and have gradually gained between 7 and 11 since then; I don't want to gain any more, but would like to get back to my goal weight – I'm working at it!

@nikki062181 Here is to meeting my goal in this 10 days. I was 17lbs from my goal weight and have since gained 17 additional pounds. That puts me 34lbs over. I went from 232 to 142lbs. I cannot let this get away from me. I have worked hard to lose this weight, and I need to be responsible enough to keep it off. I'd like to at least lose those 17 lbs before I have to start teaching again on August 7th.

GOALS FOR THE WEEK!

First step: Continue to track calories
Second step: Continue to measure my portions
Third step: Continue to cut out carbonated beverages
Fourth step: Continue to cut out too many sweets
5th step: Push water!!!!
6th step: Take my B12 supplement daily at lunch because I have a deficiency
7th step: Walk 15 minutes a day at minimum and do arm exercises starting on Monday for this goal.
8th: 1 high carb, high calorie day each week

OSW: 232 lbs
CSW: 152.8 lbs
CGW: 150 - 151
UGW: 125 lbs
