Hey all. Great to be here for another round. I am stuck in the seventies and I think Iv'e been flirting with leaving them behind for good for the last 2 or 3 rounds. Maybe this round is it. 4th of July festivities, food, and fun will be taking place not to mention a nice 4 day weekend off from work. It will be a challenge but we can all have a great round that I am sure of.
Goal for round 82: lose -2 lbs.

7/2 - 215.2 was hoping there'd be a loss today. I had my first ever PT session yesterday and we did a super tough workout for an hour and a half, only tracked an hour because collectively, about 30 minutes was spent doing the fitness test, discussing goals, learning forms, etc. Was hopeful that after all of that plus staying below calorie goals, I'd get to see a nice round 215 but here's hoping for that to come another day soon! Today, I did a light elliptical workout at the gym (still super sore from yesterday's workout) and stayed under calories.

07/02: WEIGHT: 243 Great day to see this post. So excited to do this because I am on a time crunch to lose 15lbs! GOAL: 15lbs in 3 weeks. If I don't meet this goal I will not be able to Skydive over the Gulf of Mexico this summer. I am motivated but worried the things I am doing isn't going to cut it. I hope this daily tracker helps!

THERE ARE NO QUICK FIXES OR SHORTCUTS to achieving permanent change.
REMINDERS One or two thoughts which might give heart to some of you.- Daily weight fluctuations are normal, and can be as much as 2 lbs a day for no apparent reason.
- A general downward trend is what we are looking for.
- Eating out can cause apparent weight gain because of high sodium levels, but usually goes quickly. Drinking extra water helps with this.
- The human body does not react instantly to what we do to it. Sometimes it can take several days to see results.
- Plateaus are a normal part of the process. The body is consolidating and adapting to your new way of eating/exercising.
- The closer you get to your goal weight, the more difficult it becomes to lose weight, as your body becomes more efficient at using what you feed it.
- When you exercise you build muscle, which takes up less space than fat, so use measurements as well as weight to assess your progress.
- Getting/Staying fit and healthy requires a lifestyle change for most people.

07/02 192.8 – 4th day at this weight. Time to focus and start moving down again! Walked for an hour this morning and got some gardening done despite the heat. Good food choices and good hydration today. I feel like I’m off to a good start 😊

Morning Everyone!
Another good day yesterday, went to Frankie & Bennys for dinner and got to say was not impressed, ate very little and to be honest was hungry by 10:30 but put Love Island on and forgot all about it ... been awake since 3:30
Today I will be focusing on my water intake .... trying to get 2l down
* Two big decent meals a day (never been a breakfast girl, if I force myself I binge all day)
* Reduce carb intake
* Reduce portion size BIG RULE!
* Increase water increase
* Increase activity levels - I have fibromylgia and Chronic Fatigue so lack energy
* NO late night bingeing - I've made a greek yogurt/garlic dip ready for nights
* Visit the community boards to keep motivated

Ibiza isn't far away and I am going bikini shopping this month so I need to stop messing around- want to get below 10 stone and just bloody stay there! There's nothing coming up in the next 10 days to distract me or throw me off course.
