Cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, tuna, eggs, salmon, chicken thighs, pork loin. Pork loin is one that I rarely see fitness buffs mention, but it’s very lean and low calorie and easy to prep a whole one for a week.4

Wondering how the daily chicken eaters cook their chicken? I'd like to eat chicken daily but can't imagine cooking it often enough to do that. Maybe you're eating (pre-cooked) chicken lunch meat or something like that?1

We get bags of Frozen chicken breasts from Meijer, defrost enough for required portions the night before, and 9/10 will bake it in our toaster oven. 28-30 minutes at 425F works pretty well. We change of the seasoning day-to-day and will do stir fry veggies/rice, just a vegetable as a side, or chop up and put in a salad. I wouldn't necessarily say we're daily chicken people, we'll mix it up with pork, beef tacos, steak, breakfast-for-dinner, or grill-fare this time of year. Were I single, I'd batch cook dinners for the week each weekend; might be something to try?3
