    Never done it before... sounds like an interesting pose! How’s that?

    I keep reminding myself it is a PRACTICE!
    I’ve been working on crow off and on......
    I can hold it for about 10 seconds which is 10 seconds more than when I started and I haven’t done a face plant in awhile so 🙌🏼

    practice is everything. Good job for the 10 seconds...soon will be 20!
