Have you read and tried this:

(Just as an aside, it's hard to understand the background of your post when you start a new thread . . . I can understand that you maybe want to stay on one topic per thread, but if you start a new one, the rest of us don't necessarily know and remember your other posts - apologies.)

1220 to maintain seems exceptionally low. What are your stats (height, current weight, age)?

You *may* maintain close to 1220, I don't know. 91 pounds is very tiny.

Did you use 1220 and log all your food and exercise on Myfitnesspal for a couple months? That's what you have to do to figure out how much to eat.

We can't help you much more unless you have already run that experiment. You went on in that thread to say you wanted to eat more. So if you maintain on 1220 and you want to eat more, you'll have to exercise more to allow for more food. If you're having trouble, maybe it's WHAT you are eating. Maybe someone will come along and have the time to go over your FOOD page with you. I tried to look at it, but right now I'm getting an "Application Error." Maybe later it will be viewable.

There are threads here about how to log food. Here's one:

And now that my memory has been jogged. The OP is NOT maintaining at 1220. The numbers between her losses and gains don't add up. She is likely seeing water weight related scale fluctuations that are confounding her measurements.

Also the upside to the op by overshooting by a few hundred calories is literally zero as the worse that would happen is that she would after an appreciable amount of time approach the normal weight from the under-weight side.

Thus the best suggestion would be to adjust her intake after seeing the results in 4 to 6 weeks but to not hesitate to immediately increase calories to a normal maintenance amount for a person of her stats.

In fact and by preference, she should be starting by aiming for the maintenance level calories of a person of her stats who weighs within the normal weight range.
