Losing Weight

Hi! Im having a problem with losing weight, instead of losing them Im gaining them. Yesterday morning I weighted myself at 155.8 today I weighted myself again and its 158.8. This wholw weight thing has me go into depression mode.. what can I do??

This morning I weighed 1.8 lbs more than I did yesterday at the same time. Not a big deal - hydration, digestion, etc. Try a weight trending app; it'll show you the big picture & help you not freak out over normal fluctuations.4

First of all don't panic. Take a breath. Scale weight can fluctuate for a lot of reasons.
What are stats? Height, weight, goal weight, what weekly weight loss have you put in to MFP?
How long have you been trying to lose weight on here?
Are you using a digital food scale to weigh all your food before logging it in your diary?
If you could answer the above questions we will be able to give you better advice.
Oh and did I say, Don't panic?6
