Losing Weight

Hi! Im having a problem with losing weight, instead of losing them Im gaining them. Yesterday morning I weighted myself at 155.8 today I weighted myself again and its 158.8. This wholw weight thing has me go into depression mode.. what can I do??

    This morning I weighed 1.8 lbs more than I did yesterday at the same time. Not a big deal - hydration, digestion, etc. Try a weight trending app; it'll show you the big picture & help you not freak out over normal fluctuations.
