I want to see how my food affects my weight in the long run. Will post weekly.

Weight today - 71kg

    I infer this will be every other entry (or in that range) so I am finishing this thread.

    Although, I found out I am lagging on proteins: 6z3693kmfffr.png

    I started eating porridge in the morning. Here is a great recipe:
    Half a mug of oats + 1.5 mug of water. After it thickens add a spoon of milk and leave on hob. Add to bowl nuts + dried grape + lemon + watermelon + nektarini. Add porridge. Stir. Add organic honey.

    But, that is not enough so I guess I have to start eating chicken or tuna.

    I am not 100% sure I understand your experiment. Are you trying to lose weight, gain weight, maintain your current weight?

    Are you wondering if any foods cause you water weight swings? Are you trying to just log what you eat and evaluate it?

    Are you trying to change your current macro mix? With what goal?
