Looking for your best snack ideas that have around 10g protein or more and about 150 cals!

    Chobani fit protein yoghurt! 98~ cals for 15g protein and not much else! Blueberry one is my fav.

    I’ll have to try the Chobani Fit yogurt. That sounds great. BusypK, doesnt beef jerky and cottage cheese have a ton of salt in them? I can’t be doing that.

    It sounds like Chobani Yogarts won the popularity vote. I am new at this ! I kind of like my homemade Guacamole (1 avacodo, 1/4 medium tomatoe, 1 small cocktail onion or head of green onion, and 1 tsp lime juice blended smooth) to spread over celery. Problem 2 oz or a ramakin size is just hardly a taste. The issue is the fat calories are so concentrated for size.

    Oikos Triple Zero Yogurt and I add 1 tbsp of chia seeds in the morning and by snack it is ready to go. Coconut Creme is my favorite.

    Jerky, though you will probably end up with more protein to get to 150 calories.
