Activity Level for gym goers?

I know this question has been asked a lot. But I can't seem to find a good answer and it feels frustrating not knowing whether I have the setting right or not.
I'm 17 years old (unemployed and dont do much activity at school) and I go to the gym 5-6 days / week
I'm not really sure whether I should set MFP settings to Highly Active or Lightly active. (or the other two?)

IMO- If you eat back your exercise calories, set it to Lightly Active. If you don't, set it higher. Then you can adjust it over time based on your results.0
