    Sooo this was my vacay week with my family! And it proved to be challenging BUT I am PROUD that I chose to live and enjoy my vacation- in a consistent way. I made healthy choices all day- and at night indulged in memory making meals which I am very happy for. 😊 so this week was a .4 weight loss- but I will take that over a gain and I had FUN 😊

    19th July 166.4 (-1.3) wasn’t very diligent this week so glad for a loss.

    Hello Group! So this week was not what I was expecting. I wasn’t very diligent with my tracking- and am going to work on that for the upcoming week. I had a gain.... it happens.
