@looneycatblue, absolutely!! I'll need help with ideas because I'm not very creative, but this positivity sounds like an awesome one for August's week 1!!

@shalvy2007, nice loss!! Into the next decade! :star:

@tuddy315, wonderful to see that loss!! :star:

Did I exercise? Yes, 50 min morning walk before work
    Did I track everything? Yes
    Was I withing budget? Yes
Did I drink 60 oz water? Yes + more

My personal goal was to hit 10k steps, I hadn't done this in a while. I realized after I went upstairs to bed that I had 400+ steps left to hit my goal. So I walked around and stepped in place, hit my goal! A little self back patting... ;)

Good morning! I'm trying something new today. I've pre-logged my food diary and so far, 15 minutes in, I've been successful at sticking to it!:smiley::smiley:

Great way to set yourself up for Success!

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, water aerobics (45-minute class, 45-minute pool walking)
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

Made it all day without deviating from my pre-logged diary. I added one sugar-free pudding because I had the room for it at the end of the day. My goal is to get into a regular habit of meal planning every week, then pre-logging will be so easy. I feel so good that I accomplished something and was in control of it. Trying to build disciplines is hard, but will be so rewarding! <3

Gained 1 pound since last Wednesday. Sigh... and I know why. It's all about what I'm stuffing my face with! It's my overeating and binge eating and unhealthy eating and eating out. No mystery!

I can’t believe I broke 200. It was hard. I don’t know how long I can sustain my rate of weight lose, a pound a week. I always get tripped up when i start feeling good. I going to commit to the August challenge by building on the things I did right. 10,000 steps a day and expecting to be hungry. Congratulations to our great team members, we finished, started or continued!

Sounds like me... we can do this together. I was actually happy to wake up this morning with my stomach growling, means I didn't cave-in to mindless eating and drinking after dinner! It helped that I went on a nice walk after work/before dinner... put me in the right mindset!
