Did I track everything? Yes
Was I withing budget? Yes
Did I drink 60 oz water? Yes +
Got my 10k steps in, so happy about that, 2 days in a row. Might not happen today, I did not get my morning walk in, wanted to sleep some more. Reminding myself, sleep is also important to a healthy weight.1 -

Played 4 games yesterday. Double header today, then rest. I will do my best to eat better without snacking the rest of the week. Last year at this time I was only 2 lbs lighter. Keeping fingers crossed that my trend continues. Keep up the great work everyone!6 -

Hello! I am up this week, again! WHOMP! But I don't feel too discouraged because I know why--lots of special treats and drinks, etc. Looking forward to normalcy, after a month of vacations, birthdays, holidays and visitors.
