    Did I exercise? Yes, 50+ min (combined) morning/evening walks
    Did I track everything? Yes
    Was I withing budget? Yes
    Did I drink 60 oz water? Yes +

    Got my 10k steps in, so happy about that, 2 days in a row. Might not happen today, I did not get my morning walk in, wanted to sleep some more. Reminding myself, sleep is also important to a healthy weight. :)

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, 60 minutes cleaning out my closet, giving away bunches of clothing and shoes, organizing and straightening what remains
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes, 2nd successful day of pre-logging my food and sticking to it

    Got in a 30 min walk this morning... felt really good, starting the day off right!

    Hello! I am up this week, again! WHOMP! But I don't feel too discouraged because I know why--lots of special treats and drinks, etc. Looking forward to normalcy, after a month of vacations, birthdays, holidays and visitors.
