Hmm. I blended garlic, basil, and cottage cheese for a creamy dressing/pasta sauce. I've also blended cottage cheese with the bruschetta spice mix from Costco which has a lot of dried garlic in it. Also smashing it like DX2JX2 suggested on veggies, toast, meat, etc, maybe not fruit. I also do garlic mashed broccoli or cauliflower. Use frozen broccoli or cauliflower, add garlic, and butter, microwave until soft, then blend in blender.0
