I have no idea where this came from. Maybe all my work is finally paying off! I am down almost 5 pounds this month. I’m totally expecting to stall for a couple of weeks after my loss that I have had the last couple of weeks.

At this rate, I’ll be in the 130s forever!! Does anyone know if it’s recommended to go
to to .5 lb loss with 20 lbs to go or 10 lbs to go?

@171lake I'm not sure what is recommended, and I don't remember when I changed mine. I feel like having it set to .5lbs a week helped though. It gave me a little more room for daily calories, and it helped me set a more accurate expectation for my loss. The closer I get to goal, the slower it comes off.
