    The woo button, it may not mean what you think it means.

    Woo means that the post is full of misinformation or bro science or just generally not true.

    So if you "Woo'd" my post for that reason I would be really interested to hear why you think Juice cleansing for several days is a better idea than eating nutritionally healthy food over a sustained period of time.

    If you "Woo'd" it because you think it means" Woo Hoo great post" perhaps you would be kind enough to change it to a "Like" instead :)

    @LyndaBSS I know this is a necro thread but as it had been resurrected by someone touting a juice cleanse it seemed like a good place to drop some common sense for any lurkers or newbies :):)
