Hey guys, I love the flavor of roasted garlic. Do you have any dressing or sauce recipes that would include it?

    Mashed into vinaigrette. I like it mashed into potatoes.

    everything is better with garlic (or rather anything savory is better with garlic)

    Blend it with a little olive oil and salt, use like pesto. Put it on pasta with a little shredded parmesan.

    I love it spread on baguette.
    I prefer it in any recipe calling for fresh garlic. A much mellower, sweeter taste.

    Hmm. I blended garlic, basil, and cottage cheese for a creamy dressing/pasta sauce. I've also blended cottage cheese with the bruschetta spice mix from Costco which has a lot of dried garlic in it. Also smashing it like DX2JX2 suggested on veggies, toast, meat, etc, maybe not fruit. I also do garlic mashed broccoli or cauliflower. Use frozen broccoli or cauliflower, add garlic, and butter, microwave until soft, then blend in blender.

    Yogurt + tahini + garlic. Whip up in a blender.

    This. I like to add mint (dried works in this application) and a bit of lemon (tiny. Not from concentrate. Fresh or the high quality bottled stuff.)
