After 9+ months of this fitness process, I feel like I'm finally in the groove. I use a weekly moving average (Happy Scale App) to record my weight because it fluctuates 4lbs any day of the week - depending on what I eat (mainly), how much exercise I get, and how much water I drink. I know what to expect now. My original goal was to drop some weight AND make the change a sustainable lifestyle. I'm getting there! Thanks all - you're so inspiring! Have a great week. 💥

Great first week back to being on track which includes being on vacation ! Did have drinks a couple of days but substituted drink calories for food calories ! Hay I’m at the lake with friends !! On vacation for another week so hope for 2 lbs this week as I know it will slow down.6
