I have been off my fitness pal for a while, doing strict keto with no calorie counting. This is the diet I have been missing in my life. The only thing I can be strict with. Just recently turning the big 3-0 & I have realized recently I definitely need to do both keto and counting calories! Any keto (or non keto) friends want to add me so we can motivate each other, and see ideas from meal tracking! I am one that tends to stick to the same foods. Would be so nice to get more ideas on food and motivation when I’m feeling down. ❤️ 10 pounds away from my goal and I cannot wait to get there! I know 10 doesn’t seem like much, but trust me those last few pounds sure are the hardest for my body!
