Cottage cheese and cauliflower bake, salad leaves and a tomato and basil salad! 343 calories of deliciousness! 😋1 -
Takeaway sushi. Itsu is mass production sushi takeaway joint supplying mostly lunchtime sushi boxes to office workers. In the evening, 30 minutes before closing all the sushi and salad boxes go at half price. Convenient if it is too hot to cook.

My lunch today: leftover stuffed pepper

Steamed globe artichoke with hollandaise as a starter. Main of grilled lamb leg steak with boiled new potatoes and sauteed spinach with a little butter and leftover hollandaise.

Boiled new potatoes, buttered green beans, cherry tomato salad, batch cooked meatballs warmed up from the freezer, leftover hollandaise from yesterday turned into bearnaise. I discovered that contrary to common wisdom it is actually possible to warm up leftover hollandaise in a low microwave.
