    FOR NEWBIES - I find it easiest to copy the dates to a document or note in my device and edit it each morning. Then copy and paste to the message board. MFP will return you to the spot on the board where you left off on your previous visit which is nice to know if you like to scan all of the posts.

    Round 86 goals- I have been inspired from others in this group to stop eating after 6:30. I will also be adding a minimum of 30 minutes of spinning each day I am home. I will be out of town 3.5 days this challenge for a fun trip and I want to maintain healthy eating choices and limit alcohol. I would like to lose 2 lbs this round

    08/11 - 161.6 (+1.6) totally expected as I gave myself a cheat day yesterday, and amazingly no regrets either :wink: As this is the first cheat day in 40 days I'll see how long it'll take me to drop the extra pounds off. I have 4 days till I leave on holiday, it's a bit of a bummer really as I was getting into a good routine regarding food and running.
