We've all likely tasted some less-than-ideal foods in our quest for good health. I once tried dipping a rice cake in salsa in my desperation for a snack.

What is your worst combination of foods?

    Kale. Kale with anything. No matter how I seasoned it, it was always kale...

    A homemade smoothie with spinach and spirulina in it. Gag! I'll stick to bananas and if I'm putting veggies in, carrots can be nice. No more "green-because-of-veggies" smoothies for me though!

    I tried one of those CLEANSING tonics that I made with KALE and a bunch of other weird crap that i can't remember....I drank it all and with my nose plugged and swear I tasted it for the next week! it did clean out the pipes though. Never again with that stuff!

    My late Uncle Joe used to love ketchup and the oil drained off of canned tuna on his pancakes and then topped it off with a sunny-side-up egg! It almost makes me gag, just to type about it! I always suspected (or maybe hoped) that he ate that every Sunday just to gross us kids out!! He also dipped his fried chicken in Tang!!
