    This week's Group Challenge is an AWESOME one! It's all about positive self talk and how we frame our failures or successes with how WE set our mindset. We all know that this journey is at least partially in our mind and that sometimes we have to set the stage for the outcome we want to achieve. I know for myself, if I accentuate the positive, it has a profound effect on my results.

    Without sounding like an old SNL sketch of Stuart Smiley (google it), I AM A GOOD PERSON (and doggonit, people like me)! I can't help myself...this week I will continue looking for ways to do for others, which feeds this...

    Let's hear some positive thoughts from each of you this week guys...

    IT HAS BEEN A CHALLENGING FOR ME THIS PAST WEEK. I HAVE STEPPED AWAY FROM THE SPREADSHEETS AS A MOD AND I AM GOING TO KEEP RECRUITING AND RUNNING THE MODS WEEKLY CHALLENGE.... I HAVE ADHD AND DYSLEXIA AND HAVE HAD THOSE SINCE I WAS YOUNG LAD. YES I TAKE MEDS FOR THEM BOTH, BUT TRYING TO FIGURE OUT THOSE SPREADSHEETS WAS A CHALLENGE I DID NOT NEED.

    I AM GOING TO STAY IN MY OWN LANE AND EXCEL THERE... SO IF THERE IS A TOPIC THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO ME RESEARCH AND POST ABOUT THEN BY ALL MEANS LET ME KNOW... YOU CAN PRIVATE MESSAGE THROUGH MFP OR E-MAIL ME gregor5453@gmail.com AND I WILL RESPOND TO YOU AS SOON AS I READ IT.

    Thank you! @mulecanter . I think it's mostly water weight that I dropped because I was gaining each week before this weight loss. I'll take it though because as per this week's challenge of positive talk, "I am praiseworthy!" :smile:

    Well, we're back and everyone survived! Not a bad trip but still not something I would plan on my own. Luckily I have a year before we try this again!

    Steps:
    8/8 = 8,980
    8/9 = 7,895 Walked down by the Mississippi River and tried our luck at fishing. Didn't catch anything but trees but the kids had fun trying
    8/10 = 10,356 Nice hike to check out the old village ruins. Unfortunately there was nothing to see but a few signs marking where things use to be.
