    I saw some but didn't realize it was Perseid

    We were overcast, too, last night. This past weekend was, supposedly, also good for viewing. Went out once...but light pollution from Rochester in the northeastern sky made it difficult to focus.

    Consider the thoughtful self-talk questions regarding eating.
    Are you doing well in some areas and not in others?
    Thoughtfulness really falls apart whenever I am invited to someone else's home.
    Do you have a struggle?

    Why do I eat? For energy & nutrients & taste
    When do I want to eat? 9:30, 3:30, 7:30
    What? Healthy foods & some dark chocolate...
    How? Mindfully, mostly solo.
    How much? Weighed & tracked - under calorie goals & meetingmicro/macros

    Where do I invest my energy?
    My Health & my husband’s (prepping lunches for work etc.).
    Exercise. PT exercises. Daily.
    Household tasks, appointments.
    My Art Practice & imaginative thinking.
    My friends & family

    My struggle(s):
    In remission at the moment, but eating out. So far, so good. Effects social engagements & travel.

    And eating at another’s home with conversation. Difficult to focus on the food.

    Unexpected food. For ex: if I go to a meeting, and there is food on the table.
