Hello! Can anyone recommend a strength training dvd (dumbbells) that is strictly strength training with no cardio and, most importantly, easy on the knees??? I tried The Classic Firm Volumes 1 and 2 and Jessica Smith’s Boost Metabolism & Muscle. However, all 3 absolutely killed my knees and I had to stop. I would prefer a dvd that is good for a beginner but can grow with person as they improve their strength. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance!!
