Weighed in technically on Thursday so I’m confident that with an extra day i would have been down at least by a bit. Also has two meals out early in the week which is unusual. Not too upset about this. Just moving on and forward0 -

I’ve been cooking more than usual which keeps me from going over. After having the baby, I started ordering in more to save time with cooking and cleaning. I’m getting my grove back though.
It’s going to be very hot here this coming week. I’m hoping to still stay active even in the heat.

I just did a quick catch up to make sure weigh-ins were posted before the deadline. Been a busy week with school sports stuff. I hope to catch up tomorrow. And will most likely weigh-in with a gain. I've been making a lot of mental notes of how to do everything I need to do and somehow also be on auto-pilot. I'll jot some notes down and make a more solid plan tomorrow so that for week #5 I will have my gain gone and break-even

With this heat, it’s hard to get outside, but I was proud of myself because tonight I chose to walk around the mall. It seemed like everyone else had the same thought because it was crowded. Our mall is slowly dying so it was nice to see it full of ppl1 -

One thing I did well: Even though I've been taking some time off and not being as disciplined with my calories, I think I have been doing pretty good not going all out on a binge fest.
One thing to improve: I procrastinate too much. I took this time off to get things done at home and am way behind on the deep cleaning.1
