I think this is amazing and what MFP is all about

I haven’t been on here long but I really respect those that stay dedicated and active and are out there giving 150% to keep their bodies at their very best!
It takes a lot of REALLY hard work to stay consistent and they deserve respect ✊🏼

Absolutely, you all are equally inspiring seeing your consistency and progress over the years. Sticking with a plan for months or years at a time shows a lot about one's character. That's the great thing about this place.
