    Hello, I admit I hate planks and exercise in general, but I recently injured my back and have started doing these with physical Therapy and they do help so here I go. My goal is 1-2 minutes a day starting today. I wish us all good luck and happier spines😀.

    I'm not participating this month, but I have a question for you. I have MapMyWalk and Google Fit. Neither one has planks listed in typs of workouts. So how would you log it?

    It has never occurred to me to log it. You're not moving much, it doesn't burn a lot of calories per minute.
    I just tried entering it as "strength training" (which you can find under Cardio in the database) and I got 14 calories for my 6 minutes. That is lost in the general inaccuracies of the system.
