Net carbs?

I'm trying to track carbs. I know that i can subtract fiber from total carbs to get net carbs, but i don't know whether the carbs in the MFP nutrient calculation is net carbs. Anyone know?

    Depends on which country that particular item is sold.
    For example the carbs on foods labelled under European Union labelling laws are net carbs.

    USDA entries and package based entries from the US and Canada are normally not net carbs.

    Packaged entries and standard entries from other countries would be. There are also net carb entries floating around.

    Check and see.
