Vinaigrette
It depends on what is in my salad that day but sometimes I just like a good fruit flavored white balsamic vinegar with just a bit of water to thin it a little bit. Other times I just add a citrus fruit(really like oranges or grapefruit) and use the juices as my dressing.

There is a local purveyor that has 25 year aged white balsamic. So delicious and has a slight peachy-ness to it. If you can get your hands on some of The Olive Cart's, then do it!0
