Hi everyone! I am so close to reaching my weight loss goal. My main focus is calorie counting and toning..Who wants to join me ?Feel free to do both or just one of the challenge.

I'm in. I already do lunges and squats as part of my exercise routine. It's time to shoot for consistency.
I struggle with active minutes and exercise goals with no real plan or routine. Using the examples from @superfood75 I've come up with an accelerated plan - 3 days "on" / 1 day of rest.
I'm over 60, have a sedentary and demanding job, and am starting to get pretty achy knees. It may be too aggressive, but I'll power thru being mindful to slow down or break it up if I feel it's too much.
So far, I'm 2 for 2

Day 2: 55 Squats & 20 Legs Raise (my legs are sore!)2 -
